We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that items that are not eligible for returns are personalized or customized items.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.

Shipping Damage or Loss: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping:  We currently do not offer international shipping.
